Storyspark Connection:
Marketing mentorship & built with you growth systems to promote your work without the ICK
You have offers that you know have powerful results for your clients, but how do you get it out there?
You want to be thoughtful and intentional with how you show up, but progress is slow because you keep going back and forth and making tiny adjustments that keep you from being consistent.
Creating your messaging, marketing, and sales processes is a daunting task. Working by yourself, it becomes easy to overthink and get stuck.
Get more ease from not having to reinvent the wheel every time you promote your work
Starting from scratch every time kills momentum, and takes too much energy that you end up burned out or putting your marketing on the back burner.
Even me, whose career is based on doing this for others, have procrastinated on doing this for myself and my business. It felt too big, too final, and too personal.
Marketing experts tell service providers and founders they need to find their message and set themselves apart, but there are no clear ways to figure out what makes us unique or how to talk about it so that ideal clients instantly understand how we can benefit people.
It’s why I developed the systems that make up the Narrative Growth Design framework. It was created through:
Years of studying narrative psychology and behavior change
My background in nursing, technology, and instructional design
Living as a nonbinary, neurodivergent trauma survivor, which often made me feel like shelving core parts of myself and my identity was the only way to thrive.
Build capacity and maximize results with four key growth systems
1️⃣ Uncover Your Unique Value – Provoke Curiosity with Your Pitch
2️⃣ Map Your Content Ecosystem & Define the Transformation
3️⃣ SPARK Repeatable Sales Strategy - Spark intent into action with valuable & binge-worthy content
4️⃣ Capacity-Saving Content Processes - Consistent content without the headaches
Each growth system includes templates that walk you through the process to ensure each touchpoint you create is memorable & distinctive to your background & expertise.
This includes a detailed customer ecosystem, topics for sales-focused content, including flagship content and preview experiences, and tailored marketing checklists and workflows that work with your body and brain.
Corporate culture tells you to fit in, but as entrepreneurs we need to be able to stand out.
Your story and expertise impact people on deep levels, and it makes it a lot more difficult to verbalize. Murky messaging confuses ideal clients and if they don’t really understand what you do, you’ll get lost in the shuffle.
Finding your distinctive brand voice is often an iterative process and becomes a whole other labyrinth once you try to translate that positioning into a robust content ecosystem & sales process.
For some folks, it takes months or years. But with a narrative marketing strategist by your side, we can shorten that to 12 weeks.
Who’s a good fit for this?
Transformative service providers & creators who have a longer nurture cycle and want to be personally walked through the process
Looking for clarity and direction with a playbook that gives a clear plan on how to create free content that leads into paid offers, but they feel comfortable implementing on their own
Tired of downloading workbooks, templates, and watching videos, and need personalized resources and feedback
Chronically ill, disabled, neurodivergent, or caregivers who are looking to build marketing momentum sustainably while conserving their spoons
Wanting to consistently attract clients based on shared values and experiences
Founders who are growing their team intentionally and want to stop putting off major strategic decisions, so the team is on the same page
This isn’t about telling you how to market yourself, but co-creating a plan that honors the ways your story can reach ideal clients that position you as the go-to in your industry

Once you agree to the proposal, you sign the contract and pay 50% of the invoice. From there, you book your kickoff call and learn more about which offers and copy deliverables to prioritize. We communicate via Discord, your project management system, or email for any clarifications that may be needed.

I work mostly with service-based businesses: designers, authors, developers, consultants, therapists, and others. I also work with non-profits.
Product-based businesses aren’t necessarily suited to a whole deep dive into the story of the founder because it’s more about the benefits of the product itself and what it allows customers to do, feel, or experience because of the product you’re selling.
But ask yourself: Is the product about a sense of community? Of shared purpose? Are your business’s products the vehicle to a way that allows you to impact people in a much bigger way than intangible? Then, let’s talk and see if you’re still a fit. -
Storytelling doesn’t feel like it has much to do with your sales, and may even feel too airy-fairy or a luxury. But it’s more complex than that. Stories are the natural way our human brains categorize and retain information. It’s the algorithm before the algorithm existed.
When we encounter at least 10K marketing messages every day, it’s easy for our content to get lost in a void. Or for us to put it on the back burner. Having these talking points is the best way to make a lasting impact on your ideal customers, which leads to inquiries. And once you’re clear on your story, you can confidently pitch your services.
A key aspect of my framework is creating a repeatable sales system that you can feel good about using because it builds the relationship and gives people a way to say “not right now” without manufacturing false scarcity. -
Both during and after the completion of the project, you’ll have access to the Storyspark Lounge and quarterly planning retreats for the next three quarters after your mentorship concludes. The Discord community is where we have weekly planning sessions, give each other feedback, and share resources.
Here’s what you can expect
After we’ve gone through the Narrative Growth Intensive and have a clear roadmap with defined priorities on what will build momentum and make the most impact, we’ll co-create a playbook that gives you defined systems for your messaging, content ecosystem, sales, and marketing process. On alternating weeks, we’ll focus on strategy calls and implementation with ongoing feedback on your marketing materials.
This isn’t a self-paced course that you put on a shelf and never use. Twice a month, we’ll talk through your goals and capacity. You’ll also get access to the training vault, resource library, and community access,
In 12 weeks, we go through each of the aspects of your core marketing and sales processes: your unique differentiators, customer journey, sales, and content creation.

Breaking down the process:
Through this work, we collaborate on a Marketing Muse playbook that:
Fleshes out topics & titles for your content ecosystem that address your ideal clients’ beliefs on the subject of your expertise
Sales Spark Sequence that works backwards from your paid offers to create valuable, perspective-shifting content that inspires people into action by delivering quick wins
Capacity-Building Content Processes, which uses your strengths (and existing tech), to build out ways for you to promote your work even when energy levels are low
Resources & template library so that you’re never starting from scratch on your content & copy
Personalized feedback as you build the growth systems that serve you best
This goes beyond generating ideas and putting them on templates. When you’re confident in your story and what your ideal clients find engaging, it makes the copy and content flow effortlessly.
Build marketing capacity by investing in your content & sales processes for maximum impact
When working with clients, I often see two major issues: either they’re unsure what they should talk about in their marketing to attract clients, or they’ve been creating content for a long time, but pulling it all together and making it fit a larger strategy is a challenge.
In both cases, having an outsider perspective that can see your business as a marketer and deeply empathize with your ideal clients.
Being able to build connection with content that shares a unique perspective and gives momentum toward their desired result leads to consistent inquiries and sales.
We started the work in the Narrative Growth Intensive, but for predictable sales, you need a system that feels good for you to be consistent because it’s aligned with how you want to show up and what you have to say in the world.
