Kindle Your Story Spark:

Step into content confidence by having the right words that stand out

You have offers that you know have powerful results for your clients, but how do you get it out there?

You want to be thoughtful and intentional with how you show up, but progress is slow because you keep going back and forth and making tiny adjustments that keep you from being consistent.

Creating your messaging, marketing, and sales processes is a daunting task. Working by yourself, it becomes easy to overthink and get stuck.

Get more ease from not having to reinvent the wheel every the time you need content or copy

Starting from scratch every time kills momentum, and takes too much energy that you end up burned out or putting your marketing on the back burner.

Even me, whose career is based on doing this for others, have procrastinated on doing this for myself and my business. It felt too big, too final, and too personal.

Marketing experts tell service providers and founders that they need to find their message and set themselves apart, but there were no clear ways to understand how to figure out what makes us unique or the right ways to talk about them so that ideal clients instantly understand how we can benefit people.

It’s why I developed the narrative growth pillars that make up the Brand Story Alchemy framework. It was created through:

  • Years of studying narrative psychology and behavior change

  • My background in nursing, technology, and instructional design

  •  Living as a nonbinary, neurodivergent trauma survivor, which often made me to feel like shelving core parts of myself and my identity was the only way to thrive.

Build capacity and maximize results with four key growth systems

1️⃣ Unique Differentiators – Provoke Curiosity with Your Pitch
2️⃣ Map Customer Touchpoints & Define the Transformation
3️⃣ Story-Driven Sales Process - Spark intent into action with valuable & binge-worthy content
4️⃣ Streamline Your Marketing Workflow - Consistent content without the headaches

Each growth system includes templates that walk you through the process to ensure each touchpoint you create is memorable. This includes a detailed customer journey, topics for sales-focused content, headlines & copy snippets, content style guide, and tailored marketing SOPs.

Corporate culture tells you to fit in, but as entrepreneurs we need to be able to stand out.

Your story and expertise impact people on deep levels, and it makes it a lot more difficult to verbalize. Murky messaging confuses ideal clients and if they don’t really understand what you do, you’ll get lost in the shuffle.

Finding your distinctive brand voice is often an iterative process. For some folks, it takes months or years. But with a narrative marketing strategist by your side, we can shorten the learning curve into 12 weeks.

Who is This For?

  • Folks who want to outsource their content marketing but want to be intentional and strategic

  • Struggling to talk about yourself and your business (is your website, about page, bio old and outdated?)

  • Revamping your business model/offerings, and want the language that properly describes what you do

  • Feel like your marketing takes up too much time, and it ends up falling on the back burner, OR you don’t have anything to show for it

  • You’re holding back from showing up because you don’t know what to say in your content that is unique and magnetic to your ideal clients

Who is this NOT For?

  • People who need guidance on specific marketing tactics such as SEO, paid ads, influencer campaigns, TikTok, etc.

  • Folks who have not had at least 5 clients/customers, for best results, we need at least some data points to understand your unique differentiators

  • Those who feel like investing in their strategy (for their message, content, and marketing) is unnecessary

  • Businesses/organizations who DON’T want to grow using organic content marketing as their primary method of attracting ideal customers/clients

  • Leaders/founders who know EXACTLY what they’re here to say, what makes their business unique/different, and have expressed the language, including voice/tone to use to their team, with a supporting content strategy and marketing funnel

 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Once you agree to the proposal, you sign the contract and pay 50% of the invoice. From there, you book your kickoff call and learn more about which offers and copy deliverables to prioritize. We can communicate via Slack/Discord, your project management system, or email for any clarifications that may be needed.

  • Getting the messaging, language, and positioning is often more important when you have a team. As of 2023, we’re not yet capable of reading minds like a Jedi. They don’t know what you know, and they don’t have the same context as you. When you start scaling, there’s a risk of the marketing that’s being put out strays from the original mission and positioning.

In some ways, this is totally normal. All people (and organizations) grow and evolve. But sometimes, it’s because people are trying to figure out what YOU, the Founder, want them to create. Have you ever had a job where the expectations weren’t super clear and it left you frustrated? Or when someone above you changes their mind but doesn’t give an explanation why?

You’re busy running the business. You are trying to create new offerings, pitch yourself for visibility, networking, holding sales conversations, or negotiating with suppliers. There’s a lot on your plate. It’s often hard to see where something isn’t working when you are looking at it every single day. Think of this as providing the SOPs to your marketing that infuse it with what makes you and your business unique and build a connection with your ideal customers.

  • I work mostly with service-based businesses: designers, authors, developers, consultants, therapists, and others. I also work with non-profits.

Product-based businesses aren’t necessarily suited to a whole deep dive into the story of the founder because it’s more about the benefits of the product itself and what it allows customers to do, feel, or experience because of the product you’re selling.

But ask yourself: Is the product about a sense of community? Of shared purpose? Are your business’s products the vehicle to a way that allows you to impact people in a much bigger way than intangible? Then, let’s talk and see if you’re still a fit.

  • Storytelling doesn’t feel like it has much to do with your sales, and may even feel too airy fairy or a luxury that most business owners can wait to invest in. Stories are the natural way our human brains categorize and retain information. It’s the algorithm before the algorithm existed.

When we encounter at least 10K marketing messages every day, it’s easy for our content to get lost in a void. Or for us to put it on the back burner. Having these talking points is the best way to stay consistent and have a lasting impact on your ideal customers, which leads to inquiries. And once you’re clear on your story, you can confidently pitch your services.

  • After the completion of the project, you’ll have Slack/Discord access for 90 days with options to get copy/content feedback and assistance putting the tech pieces together. If you’re looking for more hands-on support, we can discuss a fractional role.
