Hey there, I’m Max (they/he).
I’m a non-binary, neurodivergent, wildly passionate, trauma survivor. I live in Kansas City with my 6-year-old son. I write, speak, teach, and consume content voraciously. In my previous career as a nurse and corporate trainer; I taught technology. I loved it, but due to burnout and chronic illness, I pursued entrepreneurship. In my first business, I showed up consistently but without clients to show for it.
Online business advice at the time wasn’t helping. If anything, it made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough or that I had to try to be someone else if I wanted to succeed.
We can choose to build our businesses based on shared experiences, values, and a vision of what’s possible. You don’t have to spend endless hours filming reels or posting in stories all day.
Essentially, I’m a marketing strategist in your back pocket that helps give you structure & clarity, but also permission to say “fuck it” when you brain or body need the flexibility.
Ditching overthinking means abandoning an “all or nothing” mindset that instills shame for not following through on every little part of your plan/calendar.
