Narrative Growth Intensive: Capture the Unique Value You Deliver to Ideal Clients
Build a body of work that showcases your voice, story, and the expertise you have to offer
Balancing promoting and delivering your service makes it feel impossible to navigate marketing in an intentional way. Wearing all of the hats is leaving you exhausted and unable to see a path forward that lets you grow while working less.
Deciding what tasks and marketing projects to prioritize feels like what water to bail out of the boat when you’re drowning.
It’s not about reaching as many people as possible, but finding the words that speak to the right people so deeply that they instantly feel seen and that you get them.
When you keep putting marketing on the backburner, the time comes out in other ways:
❌ You often have to start and stop promoting your work (due to chronic health flares, getting busy with client work, caregiving, or other things that impact your capacity)
❌ Content that takes ages to create or isn’t doing you any favors
❌ You’re reinventing the wheel every time you need revenue to come in
❌ Inconsistency makes it difficult to get in front of new people or shift into sales
❌ Leads ghost you or aren’t a fit because they don’t fully “get” what you do and who you work with
Fall back in love with your business with marketing promotion you can get excited about
When you get focused on what will have the most impact on your marketing and sales, you’ll have:
A roadmap that provides a big-picture overview of the projects that move your business forward
Sales messaging that can do the heavy lifting when life takes over, and even posting on social feels like too much
Key touchpoints that showcase your unique differentiators when approaching leads, referrals, or collaborators
Crafting your brand story isn’t a luxury— it’s the competitive advantage that sets you apart in a noisy marketplace.
Focusing on your core message gives your marketing and sales processes a facelift that attracts best-fit leads and drives growth.
What We’ll Focus On in the Intensive:

➤ Distilling audience psychology research into positioning that centers your expertise and methodology
➤ Craft memorable touchpoints that have a longer life cycle and form a sustinable foundation for your marketing
➤ A clear marketing roadmap that prioritizes tasks & systems that build a content ecosystem and repeatable sales process

Book a call with me below and we can clarify any questions and decide if I’m the right fit to help you and your organization. Once you agree to the proposal, you sign the contract and pay the invoice. From there, you book your strategy call while going through pre-messaging work.

I work mostly with service-based businesses: designers, authors, developers, consultants, therapists, and others. I also work with non-profits. Product-based businesses aren’t necessarily suited to a whole deep dive into the story of the founder because it’s more about the benefits of the product itself and what it allows customers to do, feel, or experience because of the product you’re selling. But ask yourself: is the product about a sense of community? Of shared purpose? Are your business’ products the vehicle to a way that allows you to impact people in a much bigger way that’s intangible? Then, let’s talk and see if you’re still a fit.

Messaging doesn’t feel like it has much to do with your sales, and may even feel too airy-fairy or a luxury that most business owners can wait to invest in. But positioning is what helps you and your brand stick in the minds of the people you’re trying to reach.
Having a brand voice style guide is how your message stays consistent across platforms and formats, which leads to building trust. Once you have your capabilities deck, you can confidently pitch your services to referral partners and follow up with inquiries. -
Getting the messaging, language, and positioning is often more important when you have a team. As of 2026, we’re not yet capable of reading minds like a Jedi. They don’t know what you know and they don’t have the same context as you. When you start scaling, there’s a risk of the marketing that’s being put out strays from the original mission and positioning.
In some ways, this is totally normal. All people (and organizations) grow and evolve. But sometimes, it’s because people are trying to figure out what YOU, the Founder, are wanting them to create. Have you ever had a job where the expectations weren’t super clear and it left you frustrated? Or when someone above you changes their mind but doesn’t give an explanation why?
You’re busy running the business. You are trying to create new offerings, pitch yourself for visibility, networking, holding sales conversations, or negotiating with suppliers. There’s a lot on your plate. It’s often hard to see where something isn’t working when you are looking at it every single day. Think of this as providing the SOPs to your marketing that infuses it with what makes you and your business unique and builds connection with your ideal customers.

This is a strategic offer, but the deliverables include a capabilities pitch deck and pinned/featured posts for your major social platforms. It’s the building blocks to your marketing that mean you’re never starting from a blank slate and the copy in these can be used in landing pages, your About page, and social bios.

After the deliverables are shared, I offer ways to work together further, including mentorship and developing your flagship content for you. You can join the Storyspark Lounge and get access to weekly planning sessions, accountability check-ins, and a place to get feedback and ask questions to the community and myself. This space is there to help you if you choose to implement on your own.
Take the guesswork out of what to create so you can nurture aligned folks even when you have low capacity.
Our current culture is pervasive with two things: to succeed, you must do what everyone else is doing, or find ways to shave off the core parts of yourself to fit into the mold that white supremacist, patriarchal capitalism has created for us.
This doesn’t work for chronically ill, disabled, or neurodivergent biz owners.
You don’t need to use someone else’s system; you just need help with telling your story your way.
Instead of pursuing shiny objects or the latest marketing trends, you’ll have a clear roadmap in four weeks for an ecosystem that personalizes the experience for the people who share your values and welcome your perspective.
Claiming how your lived experiences shape your expertise creates growth because you’re clear on the impact your work provides to clients.
Define the framework (or modalities, or methods, or process) you take your clients through: that’s what does the heavy lifting in your marketing and sales processes.
We can find the words together in as little as four weeks.
